What is an invoice? An invoice is a document a business sends a customer to request payment for goods or services. It lists the line items, quantities, unit prices, any tax or discount, and the total due, along with an invoice number and a due date.
How to make an invoice
Add your business and client
Enter your business name, email, address, and (optionally) upload your logo — it's read on your device and never uploaded. Then add the client you're billing.
Add line items, tax and discount
List each item with a quantity and unit price; the amount and subtotal calculate as you type. Add a percentage or flat discount and a tax rate if you need them — the total updates instantly.
Choose currency and set the dates
Pick your currency (₦ NGN, $ USD, £ GBP, € EUR, or C$ CAD) and set the issue and due dates. The invoice number and dates default sensibly so you can just tweak them.

Where does my data go?

How do I download my invoice as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save PDF" and, in your browser's print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. The tool uses a clean print stylesheet so only the invoice — not the page around it — is saved.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Use "Upload logo" and it appears on the invoice. The image is read locally in your browser with no upload, so your branding never leaves your device.
Which currencies are supported?
Nigerian Naira (₦), US Dollar ($), British Pound (£), Euro (€), and Canadian Dollar (C$), each with the correct symbol and thousands/decimal formatting.
How are the totals calculated?
The subtotal is the sum of every line (quantity × unit price). Any discount is applied to the subtotal first — as a percentage or a flat amount — and then tax is calculated on the discounted amount to give the final total.
