What is an invoice? An invoice is a document a business sends a customer to request payment for goods or services. It lists the line items, quantities, unit prices, any tax or discount, and the total due, along with an invoice number and a due date.
How to make an invoice
Add your business and client
Enter your business name, email, address, and (optionally) upload your logo - it's read on your device and never uploaded. Then add the client you're billing.
Add line items, tax and discount
List each item with a quantity and unit price; the amount and subtotal calculate as you type. Add a percentage or flat discount and a tax rate if you need them - the total updates instantly.
Choose currency and set the dates

Which currencies are supported?
US Dollar ($), Nigerian Naira (₦), British Pound (£), Euro (€), and Canadian Dollar (C$), each with the correct symbol and thousands/decimal formatting.
How are the totals calculated?
The subtotal is the sum of every line (quantity × unit price). Any discount is applied to the subtotal first - as a percentage or a flat amount - and then tax is calculated on the discounted amount to give the final total.
