Score = Σ(answer × weight) ÷ Σ(weights answered) × 100

How it works

Weighted by how much each area typically costs a small business when it is missing. Knowing who owes you money and following up enquiries carry the most weight, because both convert directly into cash. Skipped questions are excluded rather than scored zero.

Example

Strong on quoting and invoicing but no follow-up and no visibility of debtors lands in needs-work — the two heaviest items are the missing ones.
